The 1st-8th grade "Adventures" offerings will feature choice among different classes in the morning .  Families will be asked to provide their preferred classes via a form.  Watch for an email after securing your spot with details on class options!

Our morning classes are crafted to inspire and captivate. Led by our talented PUSD teachers and staff, your child will explore a wide range of activities, such as Readers Are Leaders (offered Session II), Baking, Board Game Bliss, Painting, Health and Wellness, Creative Writing Sessions, Improv Fun, Math Games, Schoolyard Games, and more! With two sessions each morning, your child will enjoy a perfect blend of educational and creative experiences.

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

This morning program is designed for students entering these grades in the fall! These special sessions offer children a sneak peek into their upcoming school experience, allowing them to familiarize themselves with a schedule akin to their kindergarten or TK classes. Our dedicated PUSD teachers and staff will guide engaging and age-appropriate activities, fostering a nurturing environment for your child to thrive in. It's a fantastic opportunity for them to make new friends, explore early learning concepts, and ease into the fall with confidence.

Embark on an exciting journey as we welcome you to our 6th-grade community! Our morning program is designed to ensure a smooth transition to middle school, allowing students to acclimate and feel at home. Get ready to dive into the daily schedule, discovering the routine.  Engage in fun, multi-disciplinary activities that give you a taste of 6th grade coursework.  Learn to navigate your new campus and participate in fun games that help you build connections with other incoming students. This class will be taught by a current 6th grade core teacher who is very familiar with the academics and routines of 6th grade at PMS. All students will receive and set-up most of the supplies that their 6th grade teachers will require them to have so it will be all ready for the start of the year (folders, notebooks, pencils, etc.).

Get ready to ignite your middle schooler's summer with our small specialized program tailored exclusively for 7th and 8th graders! Led by our dedicated PUSD teachers and staff, our morning sessions offer a range of engaging activities to inspire and captivate young minds.  Experience a variety of enriching classes, including Baking, Creative Writing, Art, Board Game Bliss, Improv and Outdoor Games! Our expert instructors ensure a perfect blend of educational fun and creative experiences!

We're excited to welcome kids eager to learn and improve this off-season! Players of all skill levels can enjoy 90 minutes of energetic and enthusiastic activities each day. The program incorporates fundamental drills, 3 on 3 games, and full-court workouts. Whether you're aspiring for a high school basketball career or simply love the game, everyone is welcome. Gain insights into basic defensive and offensive concepts from the Piedmont High School program within a positive and encouraging environment. Led by Coach Jason Harris (Head Freshman Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at PHS) and supported by current and former PHS players, along with some current college athletes. If your child attends the morning session we will walk students from Havens to Binks Gym

Join our Junior Counselor Team for a transformative summer! Explore our Junior Counselor in Training (JrCIT) program for 7th-9th graders(fall 2024), featuring leadership and training from 9:30-10:30am, followed by a quick break. Then have a chance to dive into hands-on experience assisting in Summer Adventures classes from 10:45 am-12:00 pm.
